These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Player," "you") and richph ("richph," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at richph.win ("Platform"). 3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any paid services on the richph Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations. Registration by any person under 21 is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 KYC Verification. richph requires all users to complete identity and age verification (KYC) before withdrawals are permitted and before deposit limits above the minimum threshold are granted. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete identification documents upon request, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, driver's license, passport, UMID, SSS, or GSIS ID).

Age Restriction — 21+ Strictly Enforced: richph performs identity and age verification on all accounts. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 years of age will be permanently closed and any remaining real money balance will be refunded pursuant to applicable law. Bonus funds are forfeited in such circumstances.
4.1 Registration Requirements. To create a richph account, you must provide a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, a password, and confirm your date of birth. All information submitted during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a breach of this Agreement.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to: (a) select a strong, unique password not used on other services; (b) enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available; (c) notify richph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account; and (d) log out from shared or public devices after each session.
4.3 Account Responsibility. richph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security measures. All activity conducted through your account credentials will be treated as authorized by you, absent evidence of a security breach on richph's systems.
4.4 Non-Transferability. richph accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any credits therein to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Methods. richph currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT cryptocurrency. richph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso one hundred) for GCash and Maya transactions. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from legally permissible sources. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited. richph reserves the right to request proof of source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.
5.4 No Credit Advances. richph does not provide credit to players. All play must be funded by existing account balance. richph will not extend loans or allow negative account balances.
5.5 Currency. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the richph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). richph does not charge currency conversion fees, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. richph may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including enhanced due diligence documents for large withdrawals.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method as the most recent deposit. richph reserves the right to require withdrawals via an alternative verified method at its sole discretion.
6.3 Processing Times. richph aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out below, subject to successful KYC verification and compliance checks:

6.5 Bonus Fund Withdrawal. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. 12.2 richph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
12.3 richph's total aggregate liability to any single user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their richph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits richph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by richph's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 richph collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at richph.win/privacy-policy.
13.2 By registering with richph, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
13.3 richph will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service providers as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable law.
14.1 By richph. richph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where richph reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct; (c) continuing the account relationship poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to richph; or (d) the player has self-excluded or is identified as a self-excluded or excluded person under applicable PAGCOR rules.
14.2 By the Player. Players may close their richph account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any applicable charges or bonus forfeitures) will be refunded to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
14.3 Consequences of Termination. Upon account closure for breach, richph may void any outstanding winnings, forfeit Bonus Funds, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Real money deposits will be returned only where richph is satisfied that the funds originated from legitimate sources.
15.1 Dispute Resolution. 15.2 Escalation. 15.3 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising hereunder that cannot be resolved through richph's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
15.4 PAGCOR Oversight. richph operates in alignment with PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may contact PAGCOR through appropriate channels for regulatory guidance.
16.1 richph reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at richph.win/terms-conditions with the date of last update.
16.2 Where changes to these Terms are material, richph will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the richph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 14.2.
